+ HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A REALTOR: I have been a realtor for 14 years.
+ REGIONS: My main area of focus is the suburbs of Richmond, Midlothian, and Chesterfield, including the counties of Louisa, Goochland, Powhatan, and Hanover.
+ TYPE OF REAL ESTATE: I guide my clients with the purchase or sale of land, rural land (large and small tracts), rural residential homes, farms, and new construction.
+ DEMOGRAPHICS: I work with newlywed families looking for their first home, growing families that are needing more space, and retirees wanting to downsize. I also focus on families wanting rural properties in hopes of escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.
Fun Facts
+ I learned to ride motorcycles at the age of eight and still ride today!
+ I built my first home in 1995 which inspired me to get my Class A Contractors License and continue to build today.
+ I have 12 grandchildren total – 9 grandsons and 3 granddaughters.
+ I have a pet mini pig named Fiona that is spoiled rotten and I have a mini donkey that gives me hugs!
Sports
+ Dirt bike riding, Motorcross, local drag racing, and watching my grandkids play football!
Community
+ In the past I have been involved with Habitat for Humanity, St. Judes Children’s Hospital, and veterans organizations and local charities.
Hobbies
+ FAMILY: Spending time with my grandkids and family, especially on holidays where I create ways to make memories. In the past we have set up Santa workshops, Halloween trails, and enjoy riding dirt bikes on our trails.
+ ANIMAL LOVER: Playing with my MANY animals, such as mini donkeys, mini pig, alpacas, and dogs.
+ OUTDOORS: I love landscaping and gardening.
